Ingradients:
300 grams of sweet potato (peeled)
Starch 60 grams
Rice flour 50 grams
120 grams sugar
250 milli liter coconut milk (made from 1 coconut)
Gelatin powder 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Thick coconut milk 150 milliliter (1/2 coconuts)
5 tablespoons hot water
3 tablespoons rice flour
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make:
The initial step basting 27 potato cake mold tray of cucing sized plastic with a thin layer of cooking oil, set aside.
Ubi layer: Steam the potatoes until soft, remove from heat. The next puree potatoes while still hot, then mix together rice flour, starch, milk, gelatin, sugar and salt. then pour the batter into the molds up to 3/4 of the mold height.
Further steam over low heat until cooked about 10 minutes, remove from heat. let stand in a steamer.
Santan layer: Pour into the top layer of potatoes about 3/4 centimeter, then steamed back to mature milk approximately 15 minutes. remove and serve
