Good morning. of course you and your family like crepes right? if you can get it in the usual tavern food with a hefty price tag, this time you can try it yourself at home together with your loved ones. good luck 🙂
Ingredients:
50 g flour
50 gr tapioca flour
200 gr rice flour
500 ml Liquid Milk
2 teaspoons vanilla powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons baking powder

How to make :
1. Combine rice flour, wheat flour, tapioca flour / starch, powdered vanilla and baking powder, mix well and set aside
2. Prepare a different container, combine all cake ingredients are liquid (milk, eggs, margarine / butter melted), stir until blended.
3. Mix the two ingredients separately in one container and, stirring until smooth, slippery and does not clot.
4. Take the dough as much as 1 ladle, pour into Teflon rather flat and cook until cooked dough, wait until the dough seems dry and crispy, remove the cake and sprinkle with the stuffing according to taste.
5. Serve while warm.
