125 grams sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch ( optional )
500 ml fresh milk ( I use liquid milk UHT )
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
175 grams sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
How to make :
Enter granulated sugar into a pan over low heat . Cook until melted and brown , stirring constantly . Turn off the heat , put the water and lemon juice, smooth , pour into the pan . ( I use a small bowl mold ) Chill ( at a temperature of room only)
Heat steaming , mix ingredients together first , mix well using a whisk , pour into a mold containing caramel while filtered.
Steam for 30 minutes or until cooked . Remove from the mold . Chill .
