STEWS VARIOUS SPICY MUSHROOMS RECIPE

6 pieces ( 100 grams ) fresh mushroom medium size
5 pieces ( 100 grams ) fresh white oyster mushrooms
2 pieces ( 100 grams ) fresh oyster mushrooms
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
5 red onions , thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic , thinly sliced
4 pieces of red chili , thinly oblique
2 green chilies , sliced oblique
250 ml of water or broth
4 tablespoons soy sauce Bango
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 sprigs of chives , minced
How to cook:
1. Rinse all the mushrooms , drain , pat dry with kitchen paper . Cut the mushroom , oyster mushroom , and mushroom . Set aside .
2. Heat oil and sesame oil , saute onion , garlic , red chili and green chili until fragrant .
3. Put all the pieces of mushrooms
, stir briefly .
4. Add water / broth , Bango soy sauce , soy sauce , and salt . Cook until cooked mushrooms ( 3 minutes ) . Sprinkle the chopped chives . Immediately remove and serve. For 4-5 servings
